Getting pidc.txt error message - Microsoft Community


win 10 pro x64. after upgrading comodo's cis 8.x 10 last night , uninstalling couple of programs forcibly included (geek buddy , dragon browser), started getting error box @ end of each computer startup, follows:

"the file c:\windows\temp\pidc.txt not opened. system not find file specified."

on comodo forums, suggested following technet page has been archived applicable: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh824952.aspx. page says "the pid.txt file contained product key edition of windows installing." wasn't installing windows , pid.txt file there in c:\windows\temp, i'm not sure make of or it.  any ideas?  thanks,

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
