Is USA Technical Solution a legitimate company - Microsoft Community


i spoke microsoft office rep on 4/26/2017 because when tried install office home & student 2016 got message key code accepted there error message. turns out ip address hacked into. told transferred above referenced company , fix problem. agreed , transferred me company. apparently fixed problem (for now) thought call microsoft. told microsoft rep microsoft never transfer me outside company , must be a scam. else agree?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
