Issues since creator update 6-2-17 - Microsoft Community


creator updated laptop 6-2-17.

1. screen brightness diminished (half level, @ best) , can't adjusted. under settings, system, display level shows set brightest setting. grabbing slide control , moving left , right nothing. toggling through settings in notification window on task bar nothing.

2. slower startup.

i can deal slower start, old eyes need little brighter screen.

ideas??

hi,

if you're having trouble brightness of screen, can try fixing by updating driver display adapter or reinstalling it. but before know following information:

  • which version of windows 10 using? windows 10 home, professional or education?
  • have tried checking manufacturer's website updated driver?

in meantime, suggest checking article contains information on how update drivers.

get if have other concerns.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
