Locked out of Windows - Microsoft Community


i trying remotely set wireless extender father today. restarted computer selective startup in safe mode networking. when computer restarted asked him password instead of pin. doesn't remember password. have logged microsoft account, , have reset password, isn't working. appears if unable internet connection on logon screen. shows various networks in house, when tries connect 1 of them, circles while, states taking longer usual, , says can't connect @ time. horrified has little computer experience, , lives 1,000 miles away , can't seem fix it. knows pin be, has no idea password is. has no real computer knowledge, can't ask him use windows recovery disk or that. have ideas how make pin log him on again, or how internet work logon screen, password have opportunity update?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
