Magnifying icon pinned to taskbar - Microsoft Community


i have 23" display screen , in august 2016 set display size 125% , pinned glass taskbar.  it's lot easier read on monitor way.  a couple of days ago, empty box started popping on screen.  it makes appear blurry. way can rid of click on x magnifier.  why happening , how stop being problem?

i'm running windows 10 installed on computer when purchased it.

there lot of possibility why issue has occurred. isolate issue, have questions you: 

  1. when did issue start? 

  2. were there changes made before issue occur? 

  3. have tried updating drivers? 

  4. is flash player updated? 

  5. what troubleshooting steps have done far? 

we suggest run hardware , devices troubleshooterand check if there's changes. run troubleshooter, follow these steps: 

  1. on search bar, type troubleshooting and hit enter. 

  2. choose hardware , sound. 

  3. click on hardware , devices to run troubleshooter.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
