Windows 10 creators update (1703) - Very low performance on - Microsoft Community

hi,

i start saying i've contacted microsoft support via chat , couldn't me.

specs

cpu: i7-7700k @ 4.2ghz
drive: samsung ssd 960 pro 512gb
ram: 32gb @ 2400mhz
gpu: nvidia gtx 1080 (sli enabled)

windows installed creators update laptop.
since happend, laptops' performance poor. i've contacted both microsoft , nvidia both have running case on this.

the problem is, involves animation feels sluggish , feels slower before.
not slower, taking specs account, slow. tried couple of things:
- disable game dvr
- disable game mode
- disable full screen optimization
- removed driver in safe mode , reinstalled after reboot (hotfix 381.78)
- changed page file size manually , recommended windows
- disable vsync
- created new account
- firewall disabled
- av disabled
- maximum performance via power options
- cleaned cache , prefex
- other things can't remember.
- reset windows installation

when run performance monitor using following command:

perfmon /report

i report saying every aspect of computer performing slow (information message)
- cpu
- graphics
- ram
- hard drive

that can't coincidental, can it?
, it's true, feels slow motion compared before update.

running cinebench tests, result that's surprising, i'm ranked beneath gtx 670m.
games struggle keep above 30fps. doesn't matter game. long start te demand something, drops significantly.

i'm hoping has had similar problem , might suggest potential fix me try.

greetings belgium!
