Windows 10 startup error - stop code 0xc000021a - Microsoft Community

this third time i've faced issue after reinstalling windows clean. randomly , unprovoked user action or program update, pc unable start windows. 

sometimes emoticon face screen stop code 0xc000021a, goes automatic repair.

none of repair solutions work, , without windows cd, have tired:

-system restore

-startup repair

-diagnostics reports no problems

-command prompt check disk error, unable fix or provide other information

-basically every other option in menu.

the thing has worked reinstalling operating system, problem comes every time. after first time, took 2 months. after second time, took 2 weeks. can computer disabling driver signatures, computer runs slower , not solution.

i cannot reinstall windows every 2 weeks. seems serious, avoidable flaw windows , i've decided never buy windows pc again avoid plethora of stupid problems this. nevertheless, fixed able use machine. please help! thank you.

windows 10 64 bit

8gb ram

amd a8-7410 apu radeon r5 graphics
