Windows 10 stuck on Loading screen with spinning dots - Microsoft Community


hi ,

just today ran problem , windows 10 stuck on loading screen spinning dots . happened day after deleted filewindows.old .i have tried lot solutions previous post , such : 

1. reverting previous build 

2. reseting pc

3. going restore point 

all methods above comes error saying ,'we ran problem doing '

i believe problem due me deleting file windows.old

also , whenever boot safe mode , go windows update through settings , crashes , tab closes.

if solution can proposed , please answer me .

edit: reformatted hard disk multiple times , , deleted windows.old file time . deleting windows.old file theory sites tell me windows.old or %windows.~bt file needed windows update . can't access windows update through settings in safe mode networking . sites tell me go windows update , uninstall windows updates cant . 

tl;dr windows.old causing problem theory.

the 'windows'old' folder should deleted via 'disk cleanup', deleting via 'file explorer' can cause serious problems have found out.

doing 'clean install' of w10 maybe solution.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
