  • is first time encounter error message?
  • are using specific application when search it? if yes, can tell name of app?
  • are getting error when searching command?
  • any troubleshooting attempts you've tried far?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
