Windows PowerShell has stopped working (Error Message in Windows - Microsoft Community

hello. have bought new asus laptop operating system windows 10 home. time time (particularly when install or uninstall app suggested asus giftbox), encounter following error message: "windows powershell has stopped working". message includes, well, a comment this: close program now, let know whenever found a solution.

also when run windows powershell, see error line:

"windows powershell cannot load psreadline module. console running without psreadline."

i appreciate if advise me on how can fix this problem.

ps. have installed ms office 365 on laptop.

there are different reasons why encountering powershell error message. isolate concern, suggest create new user profile , check if still same error message. make sure files, can transfer them new user profile if issue due old data.

if issue persist, can perform clean boot following steps on link.
