Work emergency - Microsoft Community


hello

i have installed program called exo 2015  i gad previous version of installed while still had windows 8. few weeks ago pc kept freezing , take me tobsod,which gave me:

video_dxgnkrnl_fatalerror

so decided format pc ,  instal program again, now, once finished installing it, pc crashes , goees bsod message

irql_not_less_or_equal

and after restarts, find program not installed properly. tried install program in safe mode , works in mode when go normal mode pc crashes again , gives me:

irql_not_less_or_equal

and keeps restarting , repeating same message unless go safe mode.

can please help. since imprtant job. can uplaud minidump files , pc specs if needed , if need anymore details dont afraid ask

 we need actual log files (called dmp files) contain record of sequence of events leading crash, drivers loaded, , responsible.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
