invisible start menu icon - Microsoft Community


installed "pdf reader" , wanted pin start menu. once did that, proceeded rearrange start menu icons. when dragging app icon, track pad bugged , icon disappeared. tried unpinning , pinning again, remains invisible. seems though still in start menu can't click nor see it. can drag group supposed be. please refer pic clarification. thank you.

it seems me option grayed out. uninstall button available.

(1) did phenomenon not replicate other app - one?

(2) happens when attempt pin taskbar - still invisible?

so, uninstall it; then, reinstall it. same strange behavior?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
