my tablet  not restart  after suppose too.. there prompt commands   windows  10

may know if attempting restart (reboot) device or refresh windows 10?

you may restart device typing command below in command prompt:

  • shutdown /r


Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
