depends mean. if have account named 'administrator', that's superuser account. if mean there's account called flight23 or whatever has admin privileges, that's thing.
anyways, using either, can go settings>accounts>family&otherpeople , create admin account, and/or standard user account. ignore bit wants e-mail , phone number : that's m$ dataslurp. choice again if want make microsoft or local account.
when you're done should hide account named administrator. open command prompt (admin) <win+x> , type in net user administrator /active:no
