Privacy - Windows Adverts on Laptop Start-up - Microsoft Community


recently, on booting laptop have been receiving adverts windows - outlook app android has appeared on number of occasions.

i checked relevant settings (http://choice.microsoft.com/en-gb/opt-out), , relevant setting "off" - has been.

how microsoft :

  1. not honoring opt out
  2. can by-pass/ignore setting

please provide solution

can provide screen shot of that.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
