Programs interrupted by window opening - Microsoft Community

hello,

i'm having issue small window keeps opening @ seemingly random times (~1/hour) before disappearing. not interrupts whatever program running , steals focus (which annoying), i'm worried piece of malware or spyware might running in background. window closes before can see details, task manager isn't showing suspicious processes (at least far can tell), , scan windows defender hasn't found anything. has experienced similar , know how stop it?
