Stuck on BIOS Boot - Disabled Windows Fast Boot - Microsoft Community

i have problem pc stuck on msi logo efi bios fast boot enable no graphics glitch on pc.

disable windows fast boot have 128gb sdd i'am thinking ssd don't need windows fast when have fast boot in bios. 

ps computer works when fast boot in efi bios disable.

if wish fast boot bios, hardware components of device load faster, in order load windows desktop faster. windows fast boot, load faster operating system itself. 

this combination of coldrestart , sleep or hibernate. doing fast startup windows close applications faster , same goes loading application, if you've enable system configuration.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
