Surface Pro 4 always boots with “Windows Boot Manager” - Microsoft Community


my surface pro 4 windows crashed yesterday , did reboot. since then, windows boot manager pops every time start surface pro. 

i have 1 os, , open system configuration window, in boot tab, there 1 os in list - windows 10 (c:\windows); current os; default os.  , set default button grey out.

i rest system last night, issue remains same.

how can rid of windows boot manager when booting surface?

a. select the start button, in start search box type msconfig , hit enter.

b. select boot tab.

c. listed there.

d. if weird listed (and know doing) click on delete.

and then apply and ok

f. restart surface - change?

if uncomfortable above, post screen shot of boot tab looks like.
