The window desktop does not appear when I turn on the computer - Microsoft Community


when turn on computer window desktop not appear. black blank screen , cursor. how can restore window desktop?

we want learn more concern. verify following:

  • do remember last changes has been made device?
  • have tried restart device , check if issue reappears?
  • have tried configure desktop background picture? see screenshot below:

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
