Windows 10 bug - Microsoft Community


hi, got little problem windows 10. brand new computer build myself couple days ago has been running great, browsing, gaming etc. today tried log in, , when press space or click mouse on lock screen, date , time goes normal, no dialogue box comes pin. cannot boot safe mode using shift+restart, computer restarts not safe mode. 

how log in screen back?

need additional information isolate issue. kindly verify following:

  • which build , version of windows 10 running on computer?
  • have installed windows updates prior issue?
  • "i press space or click mouse on lock screen, date , time goes normal, no dialogue box comes pin." - can provide sample screenshot?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
