Windows 10 doesnt respond - Microsoft Community


hello microsoft community.i having problrm windows 10 , think nobody has experienced this.today booted pc , usual went google chrome.i searched , pressed enter,but got spinning blue cursor.i waited 5 minutes , nothing came up.so went desktop , tried open gpu z.all got evil blue spinning cursor.at point frightened.i bought pc 3 days ago dont want lose it.i went start menu , wanted shutdown nothing happened.i moved mouse cursor desktop , still got blue spinning cursor.aah!yesterday system fine exept 100 percent disk usage , when open taskbar notice 40-90 cpu usage drops instantly 5-30.any appeeciated.

to narrow down possible cause of issue, need following details:

  • you've mentioned you're getting spinning blue cursor when you're using google chrome , gpu-z, experiencing same issue when using other browsers , applications?
  • did make changes computer, including it's settings, prior issue?
  • do error messages when issue occurs?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
