Windows 10 endless reboot/repair/offline defender loop. Now - Microsoft Community


decided take worst , reinstall of windows 10 on old system got quit doing auto repair/windows defender offline/reboot loop, tells me reboot using system, not install media usb made on new system. says have boot working windows system run setup.  problem is, windows 10 quit working yesterday on old system, , starts boot (if hd), shows logo on screen, toggles numlock indicator on , off real quick on keyboard, stops doing @ point.

this driving me insane.  bought new computer week ago windows 10 on avoid stuff this, , going use other system wife's system.  old system has stopped booting, despite having bunch of old software, licenses, photos, documents, etc still on hd haven't gotten opportunity transfer on onto new system yet.

if boot in safe mode using hp no-good boot utility, can't access network card on it, , can't system/updates activation menu option bring window in safe mode. refuses bunch of stuff using "built in administrator account" worked great me quite time now.

so me, driving me postal.

after getting data off old computer , if have not cleaned out copy download folder off usb.  copy downloads new computer or click on 1 in usb , see if installs.

this easier searching , downloading again internet.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
