my computer hp windows 10 upgrade windows 8.1 few months ago. i got error code: 0xc0000098 on computer blue screen when turned on today. method 1 (startup repair) doesn't work. i tried method 2 , got message this:

bootrec /fixmbr:
the operation completed successfully.
bootrec /fixboot:
the operation completed successfully.
bootrec /rebuildbcd:
successfully scanned windows installations.

the operation completed successfully.
i tried: bcdedit/export c:\bcdbackup:
the operation completed successfully.
when type: attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s, shows: path not found - c:\boot
how can find correct path?
when type: ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old, it shows: system cannot find file specified
how can find correct file? (use diskpart, list volume, shows healthy state , windows (letter c) under volume 1)
stuck here. can me fix bcd error problem?
