Windows 10: Sending an email using the "mail app" will not - Microsoft Community


i searching forum issue, , relevant post one not answered. instead, found solution neglected share.

the problem:

i have correctly set mail app, can send , receive emails through imap4 account. however, when send email, disappears forever. cannot find in folder.

the sent items folder, supposed kept, states "not synced yet" , when sync message appears "we did not find show here". 

is this, after all, normal behavior of app?

resolve issue, may enable save copies of messages in sent items folder option following steps given on link: email sent using outlook not saved sent items folder

let know how goes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
