Adult restricted on Windows 10 - Family Safety - Microsoft Community

as adult parent , system administrator, have given new w10 pc son, child restricted permissions on user account. ever since then, i, have family restrictions placed on me, on windows pc w10, prompting seek parental/adult permission (like, use mozilla firefox, chrome, etc. browsers, free/childrens' games online store).

i have spoken ms in manila , new dheli on last 3 weeks, no avail.

my ms account settings correct. problem on w10. w7 ok (on device).

we want clarify, you're having issue accessing browsers because of family restriction, correct? have tried checking article on how set family features on windows 10?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
