couldn't sign on - Microsoft Community

i went sign on today , locked me out. password has never changed

i couldn't past windows first sign on screen

then microsoft wanted check stuff

how know when it's hack?

i followed instructions , still tells me have wrong password

i cant' remember ever using password accept getting first lock screen on
