Locked out or administrator log in disabled - Microsoft Community

there 2 accounts on boyfriend's pc.  one eas his, administrator , other son's account, not admibistrator.

yeatetday in afternoon looks 1 of kids somehow created account administrator account , disabled administrator profile.  the way can sone stuff on pc through boyfriend's son's account not administrator.  whoever changed things on pc not confess , give password need.

how can go changing things admintrator privledgrs nonadministrator account?  we lost of our things.

some people have been reporting windows update relegated admin accounts become standard accounts.  might not son @ fault ms.

since seem have no functioning admin account on computer, procedure @ if admin prompt has greyed out or missing yes button no password entry box, use built-in admin account in safe mode create 2 new admin accounts - wiki should serve fix problem.
