Windows 10 1607 black desktop and blinking taskbar - Microsoft Community


when sign in windows see desktop black background, raster fonts , taskbar dose not work. appear , dissappear every few seconds , cannot click on it. whole system seems working fine though. 

p.s. cursor classic 1 (not metro) safe mode or can't seem out of it. 

edit: uninstalled latest update, hope works

  • what happened when uninstall latest update?
  • is display adapter date?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
