Windows 10 apps not opening - Microsoft Community


hello. morning turned pc on , wanted open chrome before leaving. didn't open tried opening firefox instead. not opening. thought strange , turned off , left. later turned on again , still nothing opening except for: setting, file browser, trash bin, notifications, start menu , other little programs (troubleshooting window nothing inside of working. click nothing happened.) task manager not open. wanted reinstall windows button restart clickable, doesnt anything. able press windows update button , updated windiws defender , thats it. how can solve this? nothing opening?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
