Windows 10 Black screen - Microsoft Community


looks after recent windows 10 update there issue causing black screen mouse cursor being visible.

it happened within last week 3 different laptops (lenovo t520, asus x55v, ...)

it did happen after time when worked fine. restart seems solve issue.

thank prompt response.

it seems there's issue newly installed display adapter driver. recommend restoring pc previous system restore point. after restoring pc, please disable automatic driver installation can avoid issue happening in future.

  1. click start button.
  2. type change device installation settings press enter.
  3. select no (your device might not work expected).
  4. click save changes. click yes or enter password if prompted the user account control (uac).
  5. restart pc.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
