windows 10 finger swipe disabled after too many incorrect attempts and

i have message, "windows hello has been blocked due many sign in attempts. unblock hello use pin.

i mistakenly used wrong finger swipe open acct. asking pin unlock hello, don't know it

first of all, why there limit on attempts? more importantly how can gain access pc again ?
