can't click icon desktop. if click anywhere on desktop other tabs become non responsive including taskbar . have open start menu keyboard start new task or use alt+tab navigate between tasks. please help.

we know more concern. please answer following:

  • when did first encounter issue?
  • are receiving error messages when trying access desktop?
  • what last activity when issue happened?
  • any changes took place in computer before issue occurred?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
