Can suddenly not logon to Windows 10 anymore - Microsoft Community


after being able logon windows 10 on pc problem free, can not logon anymore.

windows open, not profile. none of stuff available, , might deleted when session over.

there's no error code, no message. advise try log off , logon again.

i logon pin, have also tried using microsoft password. neither works.

(i have tried login microsoft-website using micosoft password. works fine.)

can help?

sounds user profile has been corrupted , being logged in temp one.

all data etc should still there, need repair it.

as precaution may pay export / backup reg  first, in case doesn't work.

you can try running system restore few days, doesn't work.

try instructions on following site. option 2 quickest.

(from site)   in picture, there should 2 entries shown same 1 has.bak

you delete 1 has no .bak, rename / remove .bak other - reboot.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
