Cannot Verify Microsoft Account of Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i have been faced problem upon attempting verify identity on pc. click verify button , asks password once put password in faced "this service isn't available right now----please try again later." on windows 10.

to resolve concern, follow steps below:

   1. press on windows key; type in services.msc, , press enter.

   2. see if user profile service started. if not, set automatic and start it. if can't start it, follow step above remote procedure call first.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
