Desktop Icons - Microsoft Community


have read similar questions, old blonde , not understand answers.  trying website icons such ebay, weight watchers, etc show on shortcuts.  copy web link, click on shortcuts, paste link in , shortcut work, don't seems website icon show.  went properties, icon wasn't shown there either.  how can original website icon show on desktop.  please make response though talking totally not familiar terminology.   help!

there few steps follow in order create shortcut these websites in desktop. recommend using internet explorer in order this. here's how:

  1. go website wish add shortcut.
  2. have added favorites.
  3. once added, go file explorer and locate favorites folder.
  4. right click website have added , hover mouse on send and select desktop (create shortcut). this should create shortcut website icon.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
