hi. authenticated users, system, administrators, & users allowed full control, modify, read & execute, list folder contents, read, & write. after not access things on c drive. 1 uses laptop. have tried looking online solution lot of windows 7. if has advice or direction me go in appreciated. not brightest when comes tech abosultely need c drive , i've been panicking day. thank reading.

i try running system restore , going recent restore point. if you're unsure how, type system restore in search box. you'll see "create restore point'. choose that. when opens, @ top you'll see system restore. sure choose 1 that's before problem started.

did upgrade win 7 win 10 when kept getting messages telling me needed update before stop supporting win 7, , far must dislike win10.  i've had lot of problems, main being lot of times when turn on laptop, blank screen.  the laptop on , running, there light coming screen can't past screen.  at 1 point, closed screen go sleep, open screen , fine.  that doesn't work either - laptop won't go sleep.  i've tried going safe mode, messing different settings nothing has worked.  i install updates windows recommends - i'm @ loss , frustrated.  anyone have ideas on how fix blank screen logons?  is video driver issue??  i appreciate before frustrated , throw laptop out window.  :)  thanks in advance. answers post should include minimum information. 1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface. 2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc 3.  current build....

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
