MS Office stops Screensaver working - Microsoft Community


my screensaver works after re-start pc (hp pavilion 23). continues work after have opened browser (firefox), when minimise programs , stop using pc - screensaver appears should.

however, once have opened office application outlook email or excel, refuses work again (until re-start pc) when close office applications.

my windows version 1607 up-to-date latest update installed today 19 march 2017.

is there solution / setting ensure screensaver continues work properly?

has ideas how fix please? windows 10 has latest updates (31 may) installed.

i re-started pc today , position same reported earlier.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
