Unable to to sign in as Microsoft user - Microsoft Community

im trying sign user microsoft account, screen keeps loading , there can type username , password.

please advise.

if signed-in local user , have ms account should select info (above have highlighted in left hand pane) to change ms account.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
