Users cannot rename file when changing the case only - Microsoft Community


when user example creates file on desktop, user won't able rename file when changing case only. (changing letter uppercase or lowercase). receive message "you have no permission perform action".

this occurs when renaming files on desktop. documents on there desktop are redirected network share.

when user moves file network location possible rename file changing case.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
