Windows keep restarting during booting - Microsoft Community


hello everyone,

i try format laptop. inserting usb pendrive dongle. during installation, laptop keep restarting. hve done 4 times. have tried take off battery , using charger cable. try do diagnostic component, past. seem window keep restarting.

anyone have experience same problem here? can me. thank you.

to better assist concern, we'd following information:

  • are trying install windows 10?
  • is there displayed error messages or error codes after device restarts? if yes, please send screenshot.
  • when device restarts, able go login screen?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
