Windows not accepting password - Microsoft Community


laptop restarting in safe mode. asking password showing account name not accepting password (even microsoft account password). please regarding issue...

for better know concern, we'd ask information.

1. when did issue occur?

2. have try accessing microsoft account on different computer using browser?

3. did make changes in computer prior issue?

4. troubleshooting steps have done far fix issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
