Cannot add User Account to my computer. - Microsoft Community


i tried add user account (my wife) dell inspiron 15 laptop running windows 10. went through procedure , seemed work ok. symbol account appeared , when selected asked "enter password" normal.

however when entered ms password following message appears " can't sign device right now. go to

account.live.com fix problem or try last password used on device."

what mean? can help?

it seems little bit ridiculous basic requirement cannot achieved.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
