Disable changing wallpaper regular users WIndows 10 home - Microsoft Community


one person (on internet) posted following, there personalization selection within group policy. the  path gave below:

           user configuration \ administrative templates \ control panel \personalization

but there following path:.

           user configuration \ administrative templates \ control panel\display

and included "prevent changing wallpaper" item, enabled it.

this works fine administrator accounts not regular users. objective prevent regular users changing wallpaper.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
