asp.net machine account password - Microsoft Community


can microsoft please help, running windows 10 on dell computer, computer did not come rescue disc or restore factory, need download , install asp.net machine account won't let me change, install or uninstall anything, not external drive. asking password never had, replaced me administrator no longer have permission anything. please if can have been searching solution several days now. everywhere search says downloaded when update .net framework 1.1 installed , if uninstalled , reinstall problem fixed no longer have permission uninstall or reinstall anything.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
