so have been banned using these service because mouse-corsoft (great child's story, terrible as mega giant software company) demanding give more cookies , have no more give.  i have looked for, found , followed instruction on enabling cookies in every browser have installed , have no more to turn on. , calling support cost mint last edition of windows. moving linux or other platform. thank breaking me , warping me point of cramming an oreo laptop last ditch effort revive , animate skype. please offer exact same information covered here (oops cookies enabled, following link enable them useless). thank you.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
