Desktop account lost connection with Microsoft account - Microsoft Community


hi,

some day ago windows login on pc started not work. impossible login microsoft connected account.

i've checked disk, tried change in registry record .bak extension. nothing work. or use local account (and i've lost settings) or nothing.

how can "download" settings microsoft account local account???

or how can connect new local account old microsoft account? windows in settings - account - e-mail , app account 
doesn't open...

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
