Desktop backgrounds - Microsoft Community


just week had rebuild windows 10 installation on dell inspiron laptop. cannot seem my 

desktop background images load or cycle.  it frozen on last image displayed.  i have tried of online suggestions nothing works.  it has performed flawlessly 4 years.  i wonder if might microsoft issue ceased function after

a microsoft auto upgrade.  any thoughts appreciated.

to isolate concern, suggest perform clean boot. it is performed start windows using minimal set of drivers , startup programs. also, it helps eliminate software conflicts or update or when run program in windows. check this article for more information.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
