Desktop flashes, taskbar & menu frozen - Microsoft Community


since kb3211320 desktop flashes , menu, task bar not work 1 of users (the main one).  i able task manager , it.  occasionally, try log user , works fine.  the next time log in flashing desktop again.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
