i called number warning pop on computer defender, claiming had virus , computer crash if did not have them remove threats , install webroot secure anywhere ! claimed microsoft , shut down account until purchased offered tech *-***-***-**** number called ! did have microsofts permission this? or scammed ?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
