Surface Win10 whack-a-mole - Microsoft Community


when hover mouse cursor on taskbar icon, (folders, excel, word etc), show open items, disappear. if click on them fast enough can 1 open. if click, disappear. if use finger on touchscreen quickly, can it. game of whack-a-mole. brought windows store; not reproduce problem, blamed me (they nice kids though).

annoyance off scale, can expect, bought ms product, i'm glutton punishment.

work around; disconnect power cord, problem disappears!!!!!

but ridiculous. need charge. how stop problem , still charge.

if icon not underlined not open should available open.

did upgrade win 7 win 10 when kept getting messages telling me needed update before stop supporting win 7, , far must dislike win10.  i've had lot of problems, main being lot of times when turn on laptop, blank screen.  the laptop on , running, there light coming screen can't past screen.  at 1 point, closed screen go sleep, open screen , fine.  that doesn't work either - laptop won't go sleep.  i've tried going safe mode, messing different settings nothing has worked.  i install updates windows recommends - i'm @ loss , frustrated.  anyone have ideas on how fix blank screen logons?  is video driver issue??  i appreciate before frustrated , throw laptop out window.  :)  thanks in advance. answers post should include minimum information. 1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface. 2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc 3.  current build....

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
